This notice covers the public website at www.dn-associates.com. It covers business enquiries and expressions of interest submitted through our contact and careers forms.
Who we are
Digital North Associates is an enterprise capability design and implementation firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This notice explains how we handle personal data submitted through this website.

What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name and email address, any organization or message you choose to provide, your selected area of interest, and the enquiry or challenge context carried from the page you were exploring. We also attach a submission reference to help reconcile delivery.
When you submit the careers form, we collect your name, email address, selected discipline, years of experience, LinkedIn or portfolio URL if provided, and the description of your work history. If you email us a CV, we also receive the contents of that CV and the email message that carries it.
We may also receive technical information needed to operate and protect the website, including IP addresses in server logs and aggregated website analytics.
Why we use it
We use contact form data to understand your enquiry, respond to you, and decide whether there is a relevant business discussion to continue.
We use careers data and CVs to review your interest in working with Digital North Associates, assess fit against our disciplines, and contact you about suitable opportunities.
We use technical and aggregate analytics data to keep the website secure, understand whether pages are working, and improve the site.
Legal basis
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your request or consent when you submit information to us, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and reviewing applications, and any legal obligation that requires us to keep or disclose a record.
Who receives it
Form submissions are processed through Formspree. Business enquiries are also forwarded to Radar, our enquiry-management system, to support follow-up. Careers submissions are not forwarded to Radar by this website. Website delivery, security logs, and cookieless analytics are handled by Cloudflare. Emails and CVs are handled through Microsoft 365.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing tags, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or a tag manager on this website.
International processing
Our providers may process or store data outside the United Arab Emirates, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where required, those transfers should be governed by the safeguards available through the relevant provider terms and data processing arrangements.
How long we keep it
Business enquiries are used to respond to your request and manage any resulting business relationship.
Careers submissions and CVs are used to assess your interest in working with DNA. Contact us if you would like your information removed from consideration.
You can request deletion by emailing info@dn-associates.com. We will review your request, including whether records need to be retained for an ongoing relationship or legal obligation.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, browser local storage, or browser session storage for visitors.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is used in a cookieless form for aggregate measurement. It is not used to identify individual visitors across websites.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal data. You may also have a right to complain to a data protection authority.
