How is this different from Enterprise Architecture?
Enterprise Architecture connects strategy, capabilities, processes and technology. Data & Knowledge Governance focuses on the information within that picture: its meaning, architecture, lineage, ownership, quality and governance requirements. The disciplines share the relationships needed to assess change.
Does the scope cover both data and documents?
Yes. The scope includes structured business data and knowledge held in policies, procedures and guidance. We connect data assets and their lineage to business definitions, systems and processes, while establishing ownership, approved versions and lifecycle practices for organizational knowledge.
How does DNA support data compliance?
We connect applicable obligations to the data assets, policies, controls and accountable owners they affect. This gives teams a structured basis for reviewing gaps, following remediation and reporting progress as requirements and operations change.
What does an AI readiness assessment establish?
It assesses whether the information required for a specific use case has suitable definitions, ownership, quality, source traceability and currency, and identifies gaps to address. It does not by itself certify an AI system. Integrations, access controls and evaluation remain part of implementation.
Do you implement the capability or only recommend a framework?
